Here’s sharing an amazing news from the entrepreneurial ecosystem. A show that received a lot criticism in its initial days a couple years ago, is now co-branded with Sprite. Idea Croron Ka team has managed to officially take on board its first major sponsor for Season 3. Following the previous announcement of Idea Croron Ka being now supported by international entities like Facebook, USAID SMEA and Turkish Airlines, Idea Croron Ka is bent upon taking Season 3 to a next level with this national endorsement. This is indeed a major win for Idea Croron Ka and entrepreneurial ecosystem that is fast gaining recognition nationally and internationally.

In just a couple years’ time, Idea Croron Ka featured 50 startups who were evaluated by 15 local and international investors and a total of Rs. 22 Crores was raised to lay the foundation of a booming Pakistan. The viewers were introduced to 24 remarkable personalities who have now become the business epitomes for the emerging entrepreneurs of Pakistan.
Idea Croron Ka has initiated its auditions round for season 3 and this time around they are auditioning in 3 major cities of Pakistan; Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. With an overwhelming response from Lahore and Islamabad, entrepreneurs around Karachi are yet to be tested on Idea Croron Ka grounds. Soon we’ll be able to witness the aspiring entrepreneurs raising investment on the show being aired on NEO TV Channel.
For a quick recap to the last announcement with regards to the show, this season Idea Croron Ka is supported by major international partnerships. Idea Croron Ka is bringing back the ‘Himmat Karo Pakistan’ segment but this time it is supported by Facebook where ICK shall feature community leaders and Facebook shall provide them a grant money. Moreover, USAID SMEA has joined hands with Idea Croron Ka and shall be appearing on ICK to give out grants to startups as well. They may even match investments of investors. The third partnership that Idea Croron Ka has secured is with Turkish Airlines. Now the startups that appear on Idea Croron Ka shall also have a chance to be featured on the Turkish Airlines’ In-flight Entertainment System under the Invest on Board category. Investors flying through Turkish Airlines shall be able to listen to the startups pitch and may get in contact with them.
